Delivery & returns
We have partner agreements set up with most of the major delivery companies across the world. All deliveries are tracked allowing you the ability to see exactly where and when your package will arrive.
Delivery can be to a place of work or an alternative address, upon placing your order you will recieve a confirmation emailto assure you the order has been placed. Once the item is dispatched a second confirmation will go out confirming delivery address and date.
We offer a no hassle 30 day money back guarantee. Provided the items are recieved back in original, unopened packaging or faulty items.
The items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your invoice. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange past this date. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Return can be made by requesting our returns form at email@example.com and clearly marking the reason for the return. Most customers choose to post items back using Royal Mail or a courier service, we recommend using a special delivery to ensure the items are returned in a timely fashion to avoid any delays to your refund.
